By using Millefold you agree to the terms below. They're meant to be readable in five minutes — no dark patterns.
The deal
Millefold is a personal wealth-tracking workbench. You enter what you own and owe; we crunch numbers and show charts. Using the product means you accept these terms — short on purpose.
Not financial advice
Nothing in Millefold is investment, tax, or legal advice. The discipline score, debt ratings, and compound projections are opinionated tools, not professional recommendations. Talk to a licensed advisor before moving real money based on what you see here.
Your account
- You must be 18+ and capable of entering binding agreements.
- One account per person. No automated sign-ups, no shared credentials.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Garbage in, garbage out.
- Don't use someone else's data without their permission.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, automate, or hammer the service in ways that degrade it for others.
- Don't try to break authentication, RLS, or claim badges (OG, L11, L12) you haven't earned.
- Don't upload illegal, harmful, or trademark-infringing content (avatars, bios, slugs).
- Don't use the public profile as a billboard for spam, hate, or anything that'd embarrass a future-you.
Uptime + availability
We run on Cloudflare + Supabase free tiers during alpha. Uptime is best-effort. We'll tell you about scheduled downtime; we can't promise zero outages.
Billing (paid tiers when they exist)
- Paid tiers charge in advance — monthly or yearly. Cancel any time from Settings.
- Founder cohort accounts remain free permanently; enforced by a database constraint.
- 14-day refund window, no questions. Beyond that, prorated refunds at our discretion.
Account changes + closure
We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can export and delete your account any time from Settings.
Liability
Millefold is provided "as is." We don't warrant uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any specific decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at fees paid in the past 12 months (or €100, whichever is greater) for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page when terms change. Material changes get announced in the newsletter (if you're opted in) or as a banner. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
Law
Millefold is operated from the EU. Disputes are governed by Lithuanian law and the courts of Vilnius where applicable; EU consumer protection law applies above all.
