Will my Founder slot ever start billing?
No. Founder cohort is anchored at €0 forever, in the database, with a constraint. We can't bill you even if we wanted to.
What payment methods are supported?
Card (Stripe), SEPA direct debit, and Bitcoin (manual settlement). No PayPal.
Can I export everything?
Yes — JSON export of every row we have on you, available in Settings → Data + Account. No retention beyond your account.
What about EU VAT?
VAT is added at checkout for EU customers. Quoted prices above are net.
Refunds?
14-day full refund, no questions. We don't want money from someone who tried it and didn't like it.
